The QMS is a lot better to shoot. The trigger pull is smoother with the QMS, which means no more gritty feel to it. The QMS is also good for competitors with strict trigger regulations, because the QMS maintains exact mil-spec dimensions. This means you don't have to suffer from a bad feel to your trigger pulls, so you can concentrate on the more important stuff like your course times and your aim.
