To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Shipping

We generally ship orders within 2–3 business days. Orders placed Friday afternoon, on weekends, or on holidays need one extra day to process.

To track a shipment, enter your order number and billing email above. Your order number is in the confirmation email from info@80-lower.com titled “Your 80-Lower.com order has been received!” Check your spam folder if you can’t find it.

We ship only within the United States, and some products cannot ship to certain states and localities. Review the Shipping Restrictions list below before ordering.

Returns

You can return new, unopened, and unused items for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items not listed under Final Sale below qualify.

To qualify, an item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories. It must show no signs of installation, mounting, machining, or use. Returns that fail inspection will be sent back to you at your expense.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. If your order shipped free, we deduct our actual cost to ship it from a refund to your original payment method. This deduction does not apply to store credit. The restocking fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Store credit

Instead of a refund to your original payment method, you can choose store credit for any eligible return within the 30-day window. Store credit is issued for the full value of the returned items with no restocking fee, as a coupon code emailed to you once we receive and inspect your return. It never expires, can be used on any future 80-lower.com order, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Original shipping charges are not included in store credit.

Final sale items

The following items cannot be returned for any reason:

  • Partially or fully completed lowers, frames, or any item that may be considered a firearm. Once an 80% lower is machined, it is classified as a firearm under the Gun Control Act of 1968, and we cannot accept it. See Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items for help with a defective lower.
  • Blemished items, unless they have a functional manufacturing defect. Cosmetic blemishes are disclosed at purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send photos of the item, the packaging, and the packing slip, and keep all of them until the claim is settled. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, with no restocking fee.

If an item proves defective after that, contact us as soon as possible. We will diagnose the problem with you and repair, replace, or refund it. Defects caused by installation errors, modification, misuse, or normal wear are not covered.

Defective 80% lowers

In rare cases an 80% lower may be machined out of spec. If you notice a defect, do not machine the lower. Contact us first, and we will replace it.

If a partially or fully completed lower turns out to be defective through no fault of your own, call or email us. We will diagnose the issue with you and may ask for photos of the defect and the lower’s current state. If we confirm the defect, we will work with you on a replacement. We cannot accept the completed or partially completed lower itself.

How to return an item

  1. Start your return by submitting our Return Request form before shipping anything. Our team will email you within 24 hours with your approved return and the address to ship it to. Packages sent without an approved return will be refused.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with everything it came with.
  3. Ship it to the address provided with your approved return.

Return shipping: You pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds: We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds go to your original payment method, and we email you a refund receipt. Funds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Cancellations and restricted orders

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled after they are placed may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return policy above.

80% Lowers (Tactical Gear Heads, LLC) reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Orders shipping to a state or locality where a product is restricted will be canceled and refunded in full, with no fee. No exceptions are made for military, law enforcement, or Federal Firearms Licensees of any class, including Class 7. It is your responsibility to know the laws that apply where you live before ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

80% Lowers (80-Lower.com) only ships within the United States. Shipping is prohibited to states and locales with restrictions against certain parts and accessories. Federal legislation dictates we cannot ship our products internationally.
