The included slide allows for quick and easy completion of your 80% mid-sized pistol build with a serrated, high-quality slide. Wrap-around deep cut rear-serrations allow for easy handling and control, while a 416 stainless steel billet construction features machining to factory specifications.

I’m a first-time gunsmith/still learning. This kit is complete and answered all my questions before I could ask them. My instructor was also mildly impressed with the packaging (it sounds dumb but )-in our class we have a certain order we assemble things in and the inner-baggies used for the groups of parts made it easier for my first trip around the track.

Really happy with my build and the quality of these parts. I had an amazing time putting it together and taking it out to the range. Unfortunately, my package ended up being damaged during transport and I received everything BUT the slide and the thread protector. I quickly contacted customer service about this issue and had Steve C. both file a claim for me AND send the parts over asap. Steve C. provided excellent customer service and made sure to take care of my issue! I’ve shot over 150 rounds through these components with no issues and will be shooting more very soon. Only slight complaint is I wish this kit came with a locking block straight off the bat, other than that I’m happy with my purchase from 80% lowers.

Ordered 2 day shipping but it took around 4-5 days to get to me and I should’ve read better because these kits do NOT come with the rails Needed to Actually Build a gun Straight from a frame shell. So if your looking to build one Make Sure you order your rails

The slide is nice and the finish looks great. All the part were there and everything went together well. In my case the cruciform member was not formed correctly and did not engage the firing pin to prevent it from re-engaging on the cycle. In other words, multiple rounds fired for one trigger pull. I’ve learned that it’s not an uncommon problem with non-Glock trigger groups. There’s a lot of information on the internet about it and how to fix it. Google “Glock armorer’s backplate” or “crucifirm engagement” if you’re interested. I ordered a genuine Glock trigger and cruciform which solved the problem. I had a couple of exciting moments at the range and a very nasty look from the RSO when I got three rounds on one trigger pull! Good kit and good value, but this should not have happened.
