I’ve produced 3 robust functioning .308s with this lower as the foundation. An 18‚, a 14.5‚ and a 12 pistol. This lower has proven to work well with KAK Industries upper receiver. I use CMMG MK3 lower parts kits and an ALG ACT trigger in all three lowers. I can’t give this lower a higher endorsement. I have built a few other .308s with other lowers but none of them measure up to the quality and consistency of this lower.

This was a great way to get into a .308. This firmer to my upper was great. Product is very strong, has generous room in the trigger guard area for gloves.

The AR-15 experience was great although the per-drilled holes where contaminated with hard debris from the paint process and required re-drilling to make the buffer pins function. The AR-10 on the other hand is a work of art. They where out of painted ones when I ordered, so, I purchased a bare one and I think I will leave it that way as it is a perfectly machined aircraft quality beauty.

Lower looks good at first glance. Haven’t finished it yet to try out fit and function. Could have been de-burred a little better around ends of flared magwell. Good quality. I’ve been in manufacturing for 30 years so I am probably a little more critical than the average guy. Will add second review after build is finished.
