Required Tools

To install all the components listed above, you’ll need a pair of roll pin punches and a gunsmithing hammer. An Armorer’s Wrench is recommended for installing the buffer assembly (sold separately, see details below).

    Anderon Mfg’s parts kits are NOT top shelf, big-name brand kits. They are solid, mil-spec parts that will fit most AR lowers, and work consistently. They are finely finished where they need to be, and semi-finished where it doesn’t matter. They give a consistent trigger pull in the 6-9 lb range, just like military rifles. Quality control is also solid. I have several in different rifles, and they have never given me a problem. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants a lower that works, and doesn’t have the cash to spend on Geiselle or Timney rifle guts.
