Our mil-spec forged lower’s now available in raw aluminum, allowing you to more easily apply a custom camoflauge paint job, or other custom coating of your choice. Beyond its raw finish, this forged 80% lower is identical to our mil-spec, forged, anodized units.

Everything I used came from 80% Lowers except the jig. All the parts fit perfectly and the lower was easy to mill ! Everything but the lower is Palmetto State Armory and the gun functions flawlessly with excellent trigger pull and break.

I just finished milling it out and it was easier than I thought. I’ve milled out a few polymer lowers and this was my first aluminum one. As long as you have fresh sharp bits it’s pretty easy. I just used my drill press also. I’d definitely recommend this lower and the shipping was super fast also.
